Sally Eltzeroth is the Founder and CEO of Prime Time Financial and a trusted authority in Medicare and retirement planning. Since 2010, she has helped individuals and families make confident decisions during one of life’s most important transitions. Sally approaches Medicare planning with integrity, clarity, and a servant’s heart.

Ava Page earned her Health & Life Insurance license in spring of 2025 and has been the administrative assistant for Prime Time Financial since fall of 2024. She focuses on providing excellent customer service and finding answers for existing and prospective clients. Ava strives to provide a positive attitude and calm demeanor during an often-overwhelming part of life. In her free time, she enjoys reading, music, and drawing.

I come from a veterinary background, where I enjoyed supporting both people and their animals through care and compassion. I’ve always had a love for animals and currently share my home with my cat and two dogs. I’m excited to be joining the family business and to bring that same dedication to helping others with Medicare and insurance as a whole. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in my garden and cheering on race days at the track with my husband.
